- Collaborate on class planning, curriculum development, and hands-on instruction
- Bring your own creative vision to life by proposing and leading original workshop concepts
- Mentor students on design fundamentals, business insights, and real-world floral know-how
- Evaluate student progress and offer actionable feedback to inspire growth and confidence
- Contribute to program innovation by testing new tools, floral techniques, and teaching strategies
- Support the growth of our online learning tools and help integrate technology into classroom and digital experiences
- Participate in regular team meetings to reflect, refine, and revamp our programming for an even better student experience
- Represent Cass School at local events, open houses, and social media features as needed
You are
- A passionate floral designer with at least 3 years of professional experience (freelance or shop-based)
- A natural communicator, comfortable sharing your design journey and guiding others
- Excited by the power of education — and eager to use tech to take it to new heights
- Open to feedback, ready to collaborate, and obsessed with blooming ideas into action
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Why work with us?
We’re not just arranging flowers — we’re arranging futures. At Cass, you’ll find a supportive team, cutting-edge tools, and a vibrant community of alumni cheering you on. This is your chance to teach, learn, and flourish all at once.
